LA VALL DE POP
La Vall de Pop is a group of towns forming a united district within the Marina Alta: Alcalali, Benigembla, Parcent, Xalo/Jalon, Castell de Castells, Lliber, Senija and Murla.  One of the uniting links between all these towns is their country colour, as well as their cuisine, traditions, fiestas and above all, the course of the river Jalon or Gorgos.

In the Streets of the different town centres there are many corners in which we can see the history of these people.  The “riu-raus”, the museums, caves and cave paintings, archaeological remains, hermitages, churches and so on, in an endless number of options for visitors who can choose their own itinerary.

La Vall del Pop offers as great package of alternative leisure activities, outstanding among which is mountain walking or trekking through the impressive countryside in the surrounding fertile valleys, as well as ecological and cycle tourism.
